“… there was no room in the inn.” (Luke 2:7)
Small people go to great places. But great people go to small places. This is a thought worth pondering and remembering. (In the picture above, not everyone in congress is small, but one is still too many)
Small people go to great places and they act small.

Great people go to small places and they do great things. Thank God for Mother Theresa.

Jesus is an example of a great man who went to a small place like the stable. It was there that He did a great thing. He made his entrance into the world there and it blows my mind to think of the value that He continues to add to my life which I try to, in turn, add value to the lives of others.

I also thought about Dr. Martin Luther King who went to a Birmingham jail and wrote a letter which has become one of America’s venerated documents. I also thought about great people who join small churches and do great things. They add great value to their congregations. I spent as little time as I could thinking about small people who join great churches and begin behaving small within them.
I am praying that God will send some great people to our small congregation — as we evangelize, of course.
Jesus was a great person who came to this little dusty planet we call, “earth”, and while here, He did a great thing for us. He made it possible for us to be saved.
Also Like 4:18 talks about some of the great things He did when He arrives and it makes me want to do great things. It says:
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
I would to God that I could help to provide healing and wholeness to the lives of others.

hmmm. I fail to see where I was disrepectful in my post. You could clarify where I was, if that is what you are saying.
