Jesus!

Many people equate coming to Jesus with the salvation experience. Some call it, “Getting saved”.  Others call it “being born-again”. This single, one-time event is both, enough and necessary.  However, this single event should not be confused with the with the need for a continual approach.  Christians who do not make this approach regularly are stuck in Average Land.

Read the Gospels and count the number of times individuals came to him.  There is a direct correlation between the number of times individuals approached Him and their character.  It is interesting to me that the disciples in His inner circle were not stuck in Average Land.  There was nothing average about Peter, James or John.  They came to Jesus continually.

Do not be stuck in Average Land.  Keep coming.
