When an unfortunate thing happened to me this morning I told myself what I tell a lot of people namely, “Life is not picking on you.” It reminded me of two other people who said the same thing but in different words. I will substitute e word “stuff” for the more profane word, but the reader will get the idea. I will list mine first.
1. Perry Radford – Life is not picking on you.
2. Matthew, the Disciple – It rains on the just and the unjust. (Matt. 5:45)
3. Forrest Gump – Stuff ( ) happens.
