This fire was in Raleigh County in West Virginia. It is not the first, second or third time that mysterious fires have happened in this itty bitty town and I did spend a couple of seconds wondering who did it because of this town’s history of fires. The portion of my parent’s house that was not brick burned. Rhodell Elementary School burned. Byrd Prillerman High burned. Joe DiAntoni’s building use to be this 
now it is this 
I read a comment under a Rhodell Topix website that someone made this comment, “Another building torched, who cares?” Then I wondered about Franklin Graham’s speech because 67% of West Virginia voted for republican. Hillary got only 26% of the vote and Franklin Graham declared that God had shown up. I would ask Franklin Graham, “Did God show up at the fire the way you say He did after the election?”. Maybe I’ll ask it another way. “Did God show up and stop the fire? This is my hometown. I was born and raised here.
My father and several other residents built one of the Churches in this town. I have seen many facebook pages of people that I know are from here who don’t want to acknowledge that this is their hometown. I was born and raised right here. It was no more than a hundred yards from this fire that I met Ted and Bobby Kennedy in 1960. They showed up.
And I would ask West Virginians, “Do you think Tr_mp cares.” A look at Hillary’s record of championing women and children convinces me that she cares. I looked in D Tr_p’s record and I didn’t find anything that indicates that he cares about anything but himself. Does anyone think that he cares about about fires in West Virginia or the negative effects of the fires on the lives involved?
My Church cares. We sent money and clothing for flood relief to the Beckley Dream Center. I wonder how much D. Tr_p sent. After President Obama’s first election he came to West Virginia to see what he could do to help the state. He cared.
